Sound Generator is a Two-Channel Multi-Tone Sound Frequency Generator intended for adjusting and measuring the parameters of audio equipments. This tool works with 16-, 24- and 32- bit sound cards with sampling rate up to 384 kHz.It supports separate channels frequency and amplitude controls, as well as adjustable phase shift between channels. Up to eight independent oscillators per channel with separate frequency and level setting, with adjustable noise pad are also supported. Other features:-A step of frequency setting is 0.00001 %; level - 0.001 dB; phase - 0.001 degree.-The minimum coefficient of nonlinear and intermodulation distortion, precision, stability and range of frequency are limited only by quality of the used sound card.-The Sweep Frequency Mode with adjustable rate in linear or logarithmic time scale.-Multi-Oscillators Sweep Frequency Mode.-Generation of noise: white, pink (1/f), Brownian (1/f^2).-Mode of amplitude modulation of one channel by another.-Real time signal synthesis.-Opportunity of recording synthesized signals to hard disk.- 9 out of 10System Requirements:-IBM PC or compatible with 80486 CPU or higher (Pentium 166 recommended minimum)-16 MB RAM minimum.-VGA monitor capable of displaying at least 256 colors.-Hard Disk with 1MB free space. Additional space is required to save audio files.-Windows compatible sound card: 16- bit or 24- bit card only.-Mouse or other pointing device.-Microsoft Windows 95 or greater, Windows NT 4.0 or greater.-Sound Card drivers (supplied with Sound Card)Limitations:-The Demo version is a fully functional copy of Sound Generator with the exception that playback time is limited to 15 seconds after each "Start" button click.
